The TC3 "Neural Networks & Computational Intelligence" is one of the 20 technical committees of the International Association on Pattern Recognition (IAPR). The scope of this TC is on all kinds of Computational Intelligence approaches, including artificial neural networks, fuzzy systems, evolutionary computing, with focus on pattern recognition applications. This fourth ANNPR workshop will act as a major forum for international researchers and practitioners working in all areas of neural network based pattern recognition to present and discuss the latest research, results, and ideas in these areas.
