Susanne Biundo is a Professor of Computer Science at
the University of Ulm.
Her research interests are centered around AI Planning and Automated Reasoning. Current work is devoted
to the development of novel planning system architectures, tool support for the systematic construction of
domain models, and the challenges of advanced planning applications.
Susanne Biundo is the co-chair of ICAPS 2005, the "15th International Conference on Automated
Planning and Scheduling".
She was the conference- and program-co-chair of the 27th German Conference on Artificial
Intelligence - KI 2004 - and is
serving on programme committees and boards of several national and international AI
conferences and journals.
In 2004, she was elected ECCAI Fellow.
From 1998 - 2003, Susanne Biundo was the coordinator of PLANET, the
"European Network of Excellence in AI Planning".
